Consulting: We meet with clients to determine their expectations, their knowledge level, their likes and dislikes, and their interests and needs. Then considering their unique situation, we provide to them information and advice throughout the building process. At the appropriate times, and at our client’s request, we pass along this information to our designers and draftsmen. Pre-design and Design Support: This is the phase where the client’s ideas get communicated to the technicians who then turn those ideas into a set of building plans. Drafting: We convert our clients’ sketches, notes, and diagrams into a working set of builder’s plans. Referrals: We provide our clients the names of construction service providers, such as architects, builders, contractors, and subcontractors that we have spent the time, effort, and money to screen. We check these service providers’ references as well as inspect past and current projects they have been involved with. We check State and local business bureau’s for claims filed against them and investigate such claims if found. Research: We search out information on construction or land-related topics of the client’s choosing and provide a concise report. Our researchers are always looking for innovative products, services, or cost saving measures of all kinds. Service PricingAll our services are pay as you go. We charge by the hour, and bill clients monthly. This allows our clients to retain complete control of their expenses.
We provide all
referrals as a set of three names (if available). It is the client’s
responsibility to choose which service provider suits his or her
tastes and criteria. If none of the provided names are suitable, we
will provide additional names until one is chosen. Due to the
changing nature of our referral list, the client must sign a
nondisclosure contract (you agree not to tell others whom we
recommend) before receiving referrals. |
