Company: Established in 2007, Residential Construction Consultants, Inc., is a Montana-based service agency covering the Missoula and Bitterroot Valleys. We offer the first-time or inexperienced remodeler and homebuilder an independent source of information and advice covering all phases of the building process. Mission Statement: To make the building process a pleasant experience for our clients and to help them get the best-built home for the least amount of money in the shortest length of time. Company values: We empower our clients to take control of their building project and to enable them to plan for, design, and manage the construction or remodel of their home. And to provide an independent source of information and advice to the self-builder/contractor. We foster goodwill and accountability within the construction community. Our Staff: Tim England is our General Manager and Lead Consultant. Tim’s construction experience began as a boy, when he helped a family friend and his three sons move and remodel a number of houses in the Kalispell and Whitefish areas of northwestern Montana. He worked many summer jobs in construction, from gopher to framer. Throughout the years, numerous opportunities to learn other parts of the construction process presented themselves. Late in his early teens, his new stepfather took him under his wing and taught him the trade of floor installing. Tim went on to learn land surveying in the U.S. Army. After leaving the Army in 1985, he spent the next few years studying land surveying at Flathead Valley Community College in Kalispell and working for several engineering and land survey firms throughout Montana and western Washington. As his knowledge and experience grew, he advanced to become crew chief and later became a draftsman. From draftsman he advanced to structural design and customer support. Now he works for us. Marilyn M. Jones
is our Office Manager and President. Marilyn has spent her life
working and raising her family. Her 5 children have all become
honest, hardworking adults any parent would be proud of. Along the
way, she has owned, remodeled, and sold several homes. She currently
owns and rents several homes in the Bitterroot Valley. As manager
of her late husbands trucking company, her duties included office
manager, long haul driver, driver support, and payroll. Later she
also became a professional baker, and worked making tissue expanders
for the medical professions. After meeting Tim and personally
benefiting from his knowledge the two of them combined their assets
and abilities to create this company. |
